摘要

Abstract

Spring festival migration by motor is a unique new phenomenon in China in recent years. Its high accident rate arouses serious social concern. Based on relative literature and investigation, traffic system engineering analysis method was applied in summarizing the mechanisms of six kinds of motor traffic accidents, which are adverse weathers, fatigue driving, night driving, unfamiliar road conditions, bad road conditions and bad driving skills. Based on the above - mentioned information, suggestions are presented respectively to relative highway administration, traffic police and government.
