Abstract
Improved the structure of rotary table,and change its material from cast steel to ultralumin 7A04. The rotary table is one component of second arm of the QJ-1 robot. And then,analysis its load-carrying capability and deformation in the finite element Ansys software. Afterwards,study its impact on the control system and its step respond velocity in Matlab. Consequently can get the result that the respond velocity of new rotary table fast than the old one.关键词
