Effect of Storage Conditions on Acid Value and Peroxide Value of Camellia oleifera Seed Oil

研究温度、光线、容器材质、氮气保护等因子对茶油毛油和精炼油贮藏效果的影响.试验结果表明压榨毛油与精炼茶油的酸价和过氧化值随储藏时间的延长而逐渐增长.对茶油储藏酸价的影响因素中容器材质效果最为显著,随后依次为温度和光线,氮气保护的影响最小.而对于茶油储藏过氧化值的变化,影响最大的是容器材质,其它依次是光线、温度和氮气保护.

The acid value and peroxide value of bottled camellia seed oil under different conditions were continuously tracked during the storage period. Test results showed that the acid value and peroxide value of the oil increased continuously with the extension of storage time.
