Effect of Phytohormone on Callus Growth of Ardisia crenata
摘要
Abstract
The growth and proliferation of the callus of Ardisia crenata under the conditions of different phytohormones (2,4 - D, 6 - BA, NAA, KT etc. ) and their different concentration combinations were studied by using single -factor test and orthogonal test methods. The results showed that 2,4 - D had the greatest impact on the callus growth of Ardisia crenata, followed by KT. The multiplication coefficient of the callus of Ardisia crenata in culture medium MS + 2,4 - D 0.5 mg/L was maximum, followed by culture medium MS + 2,4 - D 0.1 mg/L + NAA 0.1 mg/L + KT 0.01 mg/L, which was screened out by orthogonal test.关键词
