Effects of Nitrogen Application Rate on Yield and Quality of New Flue-cured Tobacco Variety KRK26

Abstract
The effects of nitrogen application rate on the growth, development, yield and quality of new flue - cured tobacco variety KRK26 were studied through field fertilizer gradient experiments. The results showed that KRK26 grew vigorously and uniformly in the field. The mature leaves of KRK26 were easily baked, which was similar to the check variety Yunyan 87. The raw tobacco of KRK26 had good maturity, orange color, moderate ~ slightly thin body, much oil content and strong flexibility. The inner chemical components of KRK26 were more coordinative than those of Yunyan 87. KRK26 had higher yield and production value than Yunyan 87. The application of 129 kg pure nitrogen per hectare could obtain the best overall performance of the characters.关键词
