摘要

Abstract

The influence of different salinities on the transport of Procambrarus clarkii crayfish was studied by the simulative tests. The results showed that; under the condition of the same transport time, the mortality rates of the crayfishes in NaCl and Na2SC4 treatments decreased with the increase of the salinity in the range of 0% ~0.4% ; but their mortality rates increased with the further rising of the salinity. Under the condition of the same salinity, the mortality rates of the crayfishes in NaCl and Na2SO4 treatments increased with the prolonging of the transport time. The survival rates of the crayfishes in NaCl and Na2SO4 treatments after one week's rearing were significantly higher than that in the treatment of no salinity. The crayfishes got the minimum mortality and maximum survival rate in the simulative transport treated with 0.4% NaCl or 0.4% Na2SO4. Under the same transport time and the same salinity, the mortality rate after the transport and the survival rate after one week' s rearing of crayfishes in NaCl treatment was better than that in Na2SO4 treatment.
