Effect Evaluation of Implementing Supporting Policy for National Layer Chicken Industry——Taking Example for Reconstruction Project of Layer Chicken Standardized Large -scale Rearing Farm in Jiangxi Province

Abstract
Based on the questionnaire investigation data in Jiangxi province, the author analyzed the effect of implementing "u-sing premium to replace subsidy" policy for the reconstruction of layer chicken standardized large - scale rearing farm in China. The results showed that : the " using premium to replace subsidy" reconstruction project of national layer chicken standardized large - scale rearing farm realized the expected policy objective, gained the actual effects in enlarging the scale of rearing farm, increasing the egg production, strengthening the resistance to rearing risk and so on, and it was accepted by the vast majority of farmers. The following suggestions were put forward : further expanding the scope and coverage of implementing this policy, improving the standard of subsidy and operating procedure, ensuring the continuity and reliability of subsidy policy, timely coming on some related policies, such as preferential loan, fecal pollution treatment subsidy, electricity cost subsidy and feed subsidy, and gradually creating the long -term mechanism of supporting the development of layer chicken industry.关键词
