摘要

Abstract

This paper designs the three dimension model of LED lamp heat - dissipation device, and analyses the thermal coupling of power LED lamp using ANSYS software in four conditions such as non - heat - dissipation device,cooling fan, fin radiator, device of fin radiator and cooling fan, the result indicates the thermal coupling of power LED lamp satisfies industry target in the device of fin radiator and cooling fan. The paper present the method can design sufficiently the power LED lamp heat - dissipation device,and can do analysis of the thermal coupling of power LED lamp, furthermore, can provide an idea to design and manufacture the power LED lamp in lower cost and high quality.
