摘要
Abstract
TOPSIS method is used to evaluat the capability of technological innovation in the iron and steel enterprises. During the e valuation, a single method in AHP method instead of the Delphi method is used to solve the weight. This improved TOPSIS method can make the own innovation capacity in large iron and steel enterprises of China improved, as compared with the outside innovation capacity, and the managed capacity of the technological innovation enhanced.关键词
