摘要
Abstract
The Spiral bevel gear is one of the important transmission parts of Torsen differential, which is excellent and widely used, but its curved surface tooth profile shapes is very complex,so it is hard designed, analyzed and machined. This paper researches on the method and steps of the accurate 3d parametric entity modeling of Spiral bevel gear in Pro/ E environment and realizes fast mod eling of the gear with different modulus and number of teeth. This method raises the design efficiency and better meets the need for meshing dynamic simulation,finite element analysis,mechanism motion and dynamics analysis,NC machining and so on.关键词
