摘要
Abstract
In order to improve the control accuracy and the dynamic performance of the DC machine speed control system,this paper carries out the orthogonal test,sets PID controlling parameters, and then uses Matlab software to carry out the dynamic simulation according to the test parameters and to gain the optimal one among them. This method avoids large number of complex tests to de termine the combination of PID parameters and its efficiency is higher. Simulation results show that the use of the orthogonal test in PID parameter setting of the DC machine speed control system can greatly reduce the response time and the times of the tests and maximize the system performance.关键词
