电子阴道镜诊断子宫颈病变的价值分析
Clinical Value of Electronic Colposcopy in Diagnosis of Cervical LeSlonS
摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate clinical value of colposcopy in diagnosis of cervical lesions. Method The colposcopy images and histologic findings were analyzed and summarized in 217 cases with suspicious cervical lesions. Results Colposcopy images found 68 cases of suspicious ON, and 51 cases of CIN were pathologically confirmed. 4 cases of condyloma were diagnosed by colposopy and confirmed by pathological result. 2 cases of cervical cancer were diagnosed by colposcopic diagnosis and pathologically confirmed. 145 cases of cervical inflamation were diagnosed by colposopy and 142 cases were pathologically confirmed. Conclusion Colposcopy has a significant value in detection of cervical precancerous lesion and early cervical cancer.关键词
