Abstract
Objective To investigate the selective hydrolysis of glycyrrhizn and its pharmacoiogic mechanism. Methods β-glucuronidase was extracted from poultry to catalyze the hydrolysis of glycyrrhizin, differential thermal analysis and spectrum method were applied to investigate the characteristics of the complex of glycyrrhizin and sialic acid. Results Glycyrrhizin could be efficiently hydrolyzed to mono-β-glucuronide glycyrrhizin acid and at the same time the molecule complex of glycyrrhizin and sialic acid could be formed in the solution. Conclusion It is feasible to product mono-β-glucuronide glycyrrhizin with β-glucuronidase extracted from poultry and the formation of molecular complex provides basis for further study on pharmacoiogic mechanism of glycyrrhizin.关键词
