不同方法治疗胫骨近端骨折的疗效比较

Abstract
Objective To discuss the clinical effect of less invasive stabilization system( LISS ) bone plates and traditional bone plates for proximal tibial fractures. Methods 50 case with proximal tibial fractures were treated by LISS ( 25 cases ) and traditional bone plates( 25 cases ). The operation time, incision length, amount of operation bleeding and postoperation function of knee were evaluated. Results 50 patients were followed up for 8 ~ 15( 13 ± 3. 6 ) months. Incision average length ranged 8. 25 cm ± 1. 47 cm, operation average time ranged 76 min ± 8 min and average amount of operation bleeding ranged 120 ml ±45 ml in LISS group. Incison average length ranged 19. 16 cm ± 3. 8 cm, operation average time ranged 103 min ± 12 min and average amount of operation bleeding ranged 350 ml ± 55 ml in traditional bone plates group. Functional function of Merchant showed that LISS group was excellent in 4 cases, good in 19 and fair in 2,and the excellent and good rate was 23/25, traditional bone plates group was excellent in 3 cases, good in 18, fair in 3 and poor in 1, and the excellent and good rate was 21/25. LISS group were better than traditional bone plates group on the incison length , operation time, amout of operation bleeding and knee function( P <0. 01 ). Conclusions LISS bone plates is good choice for treating proximal tibial fractures. The operation is minimal, less injury to the soft tissue, the recovery of knee joint function is better in LISS group than traditional bone plates group.关键词
