Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of free dorsalis pedis flap in treatment of the foot large area of skin defects. Methods Dorsal area of skin defect was treated with free dorsalis pedis flap in 12 cases. Results 12 cases were followed up for 1 month to 4 years. Free flaps survived completely, with the district of movement, sensation and appearance; the donor site skin graft survived with all the feet function. Conclusions Free dorsalis pedis flap can solve the problem of the dorsum of the foot large area of skin defect with similar organizations. For the district intact peritendon membrane can solve the problem of graft growth is not ideal, free dorsal skin flap is the ideal choice dor-sum of the foot of a large area of skin defect.关键词
