摘要
Abstract
Objective: Investigation of regularity on mandibular first premolars root canal system. Method: 105 mandibular first premolars which undamaged were been collected , and the root shapes were be classified , then displayed the root canal system morphous by transillumination, and the rule were be researched by statistical method.Result: ①There are two kinds of different root outline in these mandibular first premolars, which are "single entity" account for 66.7 % and "abnormal root shape" account for 24.8 %. ②According to Vertucci classification, there are 8 types in these mandibular first premolars, and about 92.3 % root canals in irregular roots are complex. Conclusion: The mandibular first premolar root outline and its root canal morphous is not single appearance like traditionally described , and we should be cautious at clinical operation.关键词
