两种粘结剂对Cerec3D全瓷冠抗折强度的实验研究

Abstract
Objective: To investigate bonding strength of porcelain crowns for Cerec 3D. Method: 40 healthy non-carious human mandible premolars were selected. All-ceramic crowns were fabricated and divided into four groups. Different luting agents were used on bonding. Group 1 (Variolink? N + silane coupling agent), Group2 (Variolink? N), Group 3 (Bisco Choice2 Tmsilane coupling agent) , Group 4 (Bisco Choice2 TM). All specimens were stored in physiological saline at 4 °C for 24 hours (then were stressed in universal tester until failure. Debonged surface was examined with stereomicroscope. The data was analyzed with SPSS17.0 software package. Result: Variolink? N + silane coupling agent could attain the highest bonding strength. Conclusion: Dual-cured resin luting cement is an ideal option to the bonding of feldspathic porcelain and can provide a strong bonding. Silane coupling agent can provide a strong bonding for porcelain crowns.关键词
