摘要
Abstract
Objective: To study and evaluate the clinical effect of warm gutta on the root canal therapy bypassing in-tracanal separated instruments. Method: 27 teeth which selected from 27 patients were the intracanal separated instuments couldn't be taken out. Preparated the root canal and adopted continuous wave of condensation technique to obturation the root canal bypassing broken instruments. Taking X-ray to study the root canal filling,close obseration for two years and through clinical examination and X-ray to evaluat the efficacy. Result: After two years,24 patients were followed up and there are 19 teeth were sussessfully treated, according to the evaluation criteria of root canal therapy, successful rate was 79.2 %. 4 teeth of the failed cases were suffering from apical infammation before trearment, 1 teeth was pulpitis. Conclusion: When the instrument separated in the root canal and couldn't be taken out, building the bypass root canal next to the separated instrument and taking the continuous wave of condensation technique to fill the root canal bypassing broken instruments is a feasible and effective method.关键词
