摘要
Abstract
Objective To compare the difference of keratometry and anterior chamber depth ( ACD) measured by the IOL Master and Pentacam. Methods A total of 166 cases(332 eyes) was involved . Keratometry (Kl ,K2) 、anterior chamber depth (ACD) and corneal center thickness (CCT) were taken with the IOL Master and Pentacam respectively. Paired t tests were performed to compare the difference and correlation of mean keratometry K = (Kl + K2)/2 and the sum of ACD and CCT between the two instruments. Results The mean K value was (43. 49 ± 1. 41) D for IOL Master , and (43.39 ± 1.40)D for Pentacam . There was statistically significant difference in K value ( P <0. 001). The sum of ACD and CCT was (3.78 ±0.25)mm for IOL Master, (3. 80 ±0.31 )mm for Pentacam. NO statistically significant difference ( P =0. 316) was found . Relative high correlation of results measured by IOL Master and Pentacam were revealed , r = 0. 991, P <0.001; r =0.721, P <0.001 ,repectively. Conclusion IOL Master and Pentacam can measured keratometry and ACD of normal eyes accurately. The two instruments can be interchangeable in clinical application .关键词
