白内障手术中使用Acrysof Toric人工晶状体治疗规则性角膜散光
Toric intraocular lens implantation for corneal preexisting astigmatism correction

Abstract
Objective To discuss the effect of TORIC intraocular lens (IOL) implantation to correct preexisting astigmatism in patients with cataract surgery. Methods This study in Wuhan Aier Eye hosipital included 60 eyes of 48 patients with more than 1. 0 diopter( D) of preexisting corneal astigmatism with cataract surgery . The unconnected visual acuity (UCVA) ,best corrected visual acuity (BCVA). Residual cylinders,and TORIC IOL axis were measured at 1 d,l month,3 months,6 months and lyear preoperatively. The average follow-up time was 7. 2months. Results The UCVA was 0. 5 or better in 80% of eyes and 0. 8 or better in 68. 3% case. The mean refractive cylinder decreased significantly after surgery from(2.53 ±0. 83)D to(0.43 ±0.39)D( P <0.01) ,which was statistically significance with anticipated residual cylin der(0.33±0.36)D( P =0.94). The mean TORIC IOL axis rotation was 2.3 ±4. 3°at 1 d postoperatively and 3. 9 ±6.7° at the last follow up time. Conclusion The SN60TT TORIC IOL showed good stability. Phacoemulsification and posterior chamber TORIC IOL implantation is an safe and effective option to correct preexisting astigmatism in cataract patients .关键词
