Abstract
Objective To investigate the causes and methods of posterior chamber intraocular lens exchange surgery. Methods The clinical data of 42 cases with posterior chamber intraocular lens exchange were retrospectively analyzed. The reasons and methods of the surgery were summarized. The main observations were the position of IOL , best-corrected visual acuity, slit4amp biomicroscopy , intraocular pressure and complications. Results Among the 42 cases: intraocular lens dislocation or semi -dislocation in 39 eyes, intraocular lens degree error in 1 eye, pupil campling in 1 eye, opacification of the IOL in 1 eye. Intraocular lens were removed through the limbal region in 27 eyes, and in 15 eyes intraocular lens were removed combined with vitrectomy . The ciliary sulcus IOL fixation by suture through sclera of 38 eyes, the capsular implantation of 4 eyes. Postoperative best-corrected visual acuity was better than preoperative level and showed statistical significances (P <0.05). Mean IOP postoperation was closed to preoperative level. No serious postoperative complications were observed during follow -up. Conclusion IOL exchange is an effective way to deal with severe complications postoperation. Choosing a timely correct surgery method can improve visual function effectively .关键词
