Abstract
Objective To investigate the intermittent exotropia operation time , operation mode, operation and the related factors influencing the effect of. Methods 86 cases of intermittent exotropia patients undergoing operation treatment, according to age , type of squint, fusion function, there is no synoptophore training group for research and observation of curative effect. Results 86 cases followed up for 1 weeks,8 weeks and 1 years,was in 68 cases (79. 07% ) , mild overcorrection or undercorrection 14( 16. 28% ) , apparent overcorrection or undercorrection in 4 cases ( 4. 65% ) , eyes position rate and age , type of squint no correlation ( P > 0.05 ) , compared with preoperative fusion function ( P < 0.05 ) , after the operation were synoptophore training , on patients with binocular vision function to establish a clear effect ( P <0. 05 ). Conclusion Early operation and postoperative synoptophore training , can obtain the binocular function , preoperative fusion function on postoperative eye position has obvious effect .关键词
