激光联合泪道逆行置管治疗全泪道阻塞的临床观察
Effect of laser and retrograde lacrimal intubation on treatment of multi-site lacrimal duct obstruction
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effects laser and retrograde lacrimal intubation on treatment of multisite lacrimal duct obstruction. Method Sixty nine patients diagnosed with canalicular obstruction or common canalicular obstruction and nasolacrimal duct obstruction were selected to receive laser and retrograde lacrimal intubation from the oph - thalmology outpatient department of Xi an First Hospital from October 20011 to March 2011. Results All operations on patients were conducted successfully , and no complications happened during the procedure . Fifty six patients recovered (81. 2%), five patients improved (8.4%), eight patients was invalid (11.6% ). Conclusion Laser and retrograde lacrimal intubation is a rather good , safe, simple and micro ^auma method for treating multi-site lacrimal duct obstruction.关键词
