小切口白内障摘除及人工晶状体植入联合青光眼小梁切除术的临床疗效观察

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of combined surgery of improved small incision introcular lens (IOL) implantation and trabeculectom for the treatment of cateract and glaucoma . Methods Combined surgery were per-formed on 39 cases (43 eyes)of cataract with glaucoma. The postoperative visual acuity , interocular pressure(IOP) ,filte-ring blet and complications were investigated after follow -up for 2 months ~ 1 year. Results 32 eyes had the best corrected visual acuity >0. 3(74.4% ). 40 eyes (93.00% ) had the IOP <20 mm Hg, 3 eyes TOP were about 24 mm Hg postoper-atively and was controlled in normal range by 0. 5% timolol. 37eyes (86% ) had the functional filtering blet (including I and Ⅱtype). All cases had no severe complications. Conclusion Combined surgery could control IOP effectively and re-store visual acuity early with less complication .关键词
