摘要

Abstract

To extract centrifugal compressor early surge characteristic frequency, the Hilbert-Huang transform (HHT) method is applied to extract signal character after wavelet packet denoising and signal sampling. The empirical mode decomposition (EMD) was used to decompose the signal into a number of intrinsic mode functions (IMFs). Using the correlation coefficient of the IMF and the undecomposed signal filters the useful component. The vibration of centrifugal compressor is mainly caused by decreasing flow through comparing original signal to trend. Finally, the effective items are transformed to Hilbert marginal spectrum and extracted surge frequency is 7. 3Hz.
