流固耦合作用对轴流泵内部流场影响的数值计算

Abstract
A combined calculation under multiple conditions for flow field and structural response of the impeller was established using two - way coupling method, analyzed the effect of fluid - structure interaction ( FSI) on flow field in axial - flow pump. For the calculation, the flow field is based on Reynolds - averaging N - S equations and two equation RNG k - e turbulent model, and the structure response is based on elastic structural dynamic equation. The results show that: the pressure difference between the pressure side and suction side decreased slightly after considering the role of FSI, indicating that blade performance decreased;The phenomenon of secondary flow at blade outlet intensified;The computed hydraulic performance parameters in axial - flow pump are much closer to experimental values, illustrating that the flow field considering FSI is much closer to the real flow field.关键词
