冷却用弯掠轴流风机的变型设计与数值分析

Abstract
A certain swept axial fan used for cooling is simulated numerically by solving three-dimensional Reynolds-averaged Navier-Stokes equations with the standard κ-ε turbulent model. The accuracy of the numerical method is verified by comparing the numerical simulated results with the experimental ones. To meet the given performance requirements, four kinds of structure impellers are obtained by using derivative design method, and they are performed numerical simulation and performance prediction. Compare and analysis the total pressure contours on impeller outlet axial plane and streamline distribution on blade tip radial rotary surface of the three fans having five impellers. The results showed: the high pressure in the inlet edge of blade tip increased with the blade installation angle; streamlines on the rotary surface are evenly distributed, a small vortex region existing in the inlet edge of the blade tip also increased with the blade installation angle.关键词
