摘要

Abstract

Industrial safety valve is an important safety system component, which aims at preventing the system from over pressure and reducing further risk. Therefore, it is worth of work to study safety valve overpressure discharge dynamics mechanism. The paper is based on ANSYS CFX Dynamic Mesh techniques and CEL language to establish a safety valve dynamic equation concerning with the displacement of the valve disc. It has a preliminary access to solve the transient opening dynamic problem of safety valve. The relationship between transient parameter change attached to special path and opening process is acquired. It is shown by research that ANSYS CFX Dynamic Mesh techniques is feasible, it can be well applied to study the safety valve discharge mechanism
