桉树枝瘿姬小蜂虫瘿结构解剖研究
A study on anatomical structure of insect gall of Leptocybe invasa Fisher & La Salle

Abstract
Paraffin method is employed to study the structure of insect gall caused by Leptocybe invasa Fisher & La Salle and normal petiole. The results showed that the insect gall was tissue gall, plant organs began to change with the cell proliferation. The insect gall increased with the larvae and egg development. The anatomical structure of gall room from inside to outside was nutritive tissue, thin/sclerenchyma layer, vascular bundle layer, cortex, epidermal, etc. The normal petiole was 2.29mm in length, 0.58mm in diameter. It contained basic-tissue, vascular bundle layer and epidermal.关键词
