抗松材线虫病马尾松无性系种子园营建技术
Technique on the establishment of a clonal seed orchard in Pinus massoniana for resistance to Bursaphelenchus xylophilus

Abstract
Pine wood nematode( Bursaphelenchus xylophilus) disease is a destructive one for pines. It causes a serious damage and it is difficult to prevent. 324 excellent disease resistance trees have been selected from Masson' s pine ( Pinus mas-soniana) stand in epidemic area and non-epidemic area of Anhui province since 2001. With some provenances from Guangdong and Guangxi, the disease resistance of these clones had been tested by a way of grafting propagation and artificial inoculation of pine wood nematode. In 2011, 89 clones with high resistance were chosen from 68 families. Then they were used to establish 1.6 hm2 clonal seed orchard. Survival rate of each family was 90.9% -100% , and the average survival rate was 93. 6% .关键词
