A tissue culture technique of Cinnamomum caphora

摘要
Abstract
A rapid propagation way on Cinnamomum caphora was studied by using tissue culture technique. The results showed that the optimum time for collecting explants was April, the effective emerging rate was the highest if cultured at this time. Based on MS basic cultural medium, the optimum hormone concentration and proportion for different stages of Cinnamomum caphora tissue culture were selected. The optimum initial cultural medium was MS +6-BA 0. 6mg/L + NAA 0. 1 mg/L, the optimum multiplication medium was MS +6-BA 1. 5 mg/L + NAA 0. 5mg/L, the optimum root inducing cultural medium was 1/2MS + IBA 0.5 mg/L + NAA 0.1 mg/L.关键词
