药物处理对板栗贮藏中部分生理指标的影响
Effect of chemicals treatment on physiological indicators of chestnut during storage

Abstract
' Wuke' chestnuts were dipped in the solution of 0. Lg/L SA, 0. 3g/L SA, 0. 5g/L SA, 500 mg/L NaCIO and clear water, and then were stored at low temperature. Soluble sugars, soluble proteins, the activity of SOD and amylase were measured during the storage. The results showed that the activities of amylase and SOD in the chestnuts treated with 0. Lg/L SA were significantly decreased, while the soluble sugars and the soluble proteins were significantly increased, compared with the other treatments.关键词
