清梳联网络化数据采集系统的开发
Development of Blowing-carding Unit Network Data Acquisition System
摘要
Abstract
According to property of blowing-carding unit in production, to develop blowing-carding, network data acquisition system structure, working principles and main characteristics of the system were introduced. Data integrity constraints and data collection technology were designed in detail by using network technology, serial communication technology and database technology. Through using multi-threading technology data collection process was optimized. The practice shows that workshop's work efficiency can be improved by data acquisition system. It is considered that the enterprise's labor cost can be reduced, remote online monitoring of working status and real-time production data of the blowing-carding unit can be realized.关键词
