Practice of Spinning Flax Fiber Blended Yarn
摘要
Abstract
To spin CJ/Tencel/Flax 55/30/15 14. S tex blended yarn .properties of the three kinds of Tiber were an alyzed. Flax fiber were softening to increase its spinnability according to flax fiber properties of shorter, harder and coar ser. Antistatic treatment was done on Tencel fiber. In each process,speed was controlled in lower,roving twist factor and spinning twist factor were controlled by larger. Through a series of processing measures, finally the production can be en sured successfully. While yam neps and thick places are much more .which should be controlled well in production.关键词
