Technology Demands and Maintenance of Profile Reed in Air-jet Loom
摘要
Abstract
Technology demands and maintenance of profile reed in air-jet loom were discussed. Airflow test of pro file reed and linear speed test method & demand were analyzed. Selection method of profile reed counts, reed blade thickness and reed slit were analyzed. Technology demands and maintenance standard of profile reed were pointed out. It is considered that for profile reed user,profile reed test standard should be checked before usage,a series of management system should be established to increase profile use life and reduce consumption.关键词
