摘要
Abstract
Technology optimization of high efficiency comber processing was discussed. High efficiency comber I-dea was introduced. Take Rieter E66 Comber as the example, property of high efficiency comber and the comb process were analyzed. Principle and method of processing were put forward,including lap weight per unit,feed style,top comb, cylinder processing configurations, detaching and joint et al. It is pointed out that the aim of high combing should be reached for comber in condition of higher speed, through optimizing processing, realizing higher output & better quality & lower product cost.关键词
