摘要

Abstract

To develop Jinglvlun long-staple cotton conductive fiber blended yarn successfully, according to the three fiber properties, a series of measures were adopted in each process. It is proposed that Jinglvlun fiber and conductive fiber should be teared blended manually, isolation protection should be done well in each process. Related processing parameter and processing configuration should be optimized. Photo-electric yarn cleaner should be adopted in winding process. Through adopting the above measures,finally Jinglvlun/long-staple/conductive fiber 60/38/2 18. 3 tex blended yarn can be spun successfully, yarn quality can reach the requirements.
