摘要

Abstract

Design and production process of Outlast viscose fiber fabric were summarized. According to the properties of Outlast modified viscose fiber,Outlast modified viscose fiber,bamboo fiber and polyester were selected and blended, then cool fabric was developed. A series of measures were adopted,such as adopting lower speed and lower tension in each process to reduce yarn breakage and unevenness, ensuring yarn channel smooth to avoid microcapsule split, keeping temperature & humidity rationally, finally loom efficiency can be reached above 85% , woven fabric is comfort and beautiful,design and production demands can be reached.
