Effect Analyses of Applying NWQ Series New Structure Lattice Apron
摘要
Abstract
Application effect of NWQ series new structure lattice apron was discussed. Structural property and application performance of NWQ series new structure lattice apron were introduced and analyzed. The spinning quality and application effect were contrasted with domestic lattice apron and imported lattice apron. The result shows that the yarn hairiness can be reduced,the yarn strength can be increased,the application performance is similar with imported lattice apron when adopting NWQ series lattice apron. It is considered that structural design of NWQ series lattice apron is new,the use life is longer and the shape is stable,cost-effective is higher ect,the lattice apron can be better alternatives of imported lattice apron. Cleaning operation and maintenance management of special components should be done well, temperature and humidity in workshop should be controlled well,finally function of the new lattice apron can be used well.关键词
