聚醚硅油用作浆纱平滑剂的研究
Research of Using Polyether Silicon Oil as Sizing Smooth Agent
摘要
Abstract
Effect of applying polyether silicon oil as sizing smooth agent was discussed. Size film properties of phosphate starch and PVA blended sizing with different polyether silicon oil dosage were tested. T/C 80/20 13 tex blended yarn and C 13 tex yarn were sized and tested. Sized yarn regain, desizing rate, wear resistance, strength, hairiness and elongation decrease rate were contrasted when adopting different size instructions. The test result shows that sized yarn properties can be improved greatly when adding 3% polyether silicon oil to size T/C 80/20 13 tex blended yarn or adding 4% polyether silicon oil to size C 13 tex yarn on the basis of original size instruction. It is pointed out that sized yarn property can be improved effectively by adding properly polyether silicon oil. Dosage of polyether silicon oil should be adjusted according to yarn sizing demands.关键词
