Effect of Stainless Steel Filament Embedded Density on Fabric Electromagnetic Shielding Efficiency
摘要
Abstract
Effect of cotton stainless steel filament ply embedded density and electromagnetic wave incident angle on fabric electromagnetic shielding efficiency was discussed. Fabric electromagnetic shielding efficiency was tested in conditions of different cotton stainless steel filament ply weft density and different electromagnetic wave incident angle. The test result shows that fabric electromagnetic shielding efficiency is increased as cotton stainless steel filament ply density increases, after reaching critical value the shielding efficiency is basically the same. Fabric electromagnetic transmission is changed following cosine squared curve as electromagnetic wave incident angle changes. It is pointed out that in practical production, on the basis of ensuring fabric electromagnetic shielding effectiveness, metallic fiber yarn embedded density should be selected rationally to save raw material. Metallic fiber yarn should be added both weft and warp to reach e-lectromagnetic shielding effectiveness.关键词
