Abstract
The process plan of the bookshelf hanging board was analyzed, and by using mobile punch and die structure dexterously, the procedures of trimming, lancing, punching and forming were focused on a set of compound die, which improved the production efficiency greatly. The design essentials of the main structures of the die and the working principle of the mobile punch and die structure were described in detail. Proved in practice, the die decreases the number of the die set, and reduces the product cost.关键词
