Abstract
Using coordinate measuring machine to inspect the position accuracy of exhausts can not meet the requirements of production quality. Based on the analysis of the demands of assembly technology of exhausts, by using reversely abstract thinking and the simplified methods with the idea that assembly of the devices of a surface and two pins with three different position dimensions, an integrated testing tool with the ability of measuring the position accuracy of exhausts in three different sizes was designed, and the manufacturing technology and the use method of the testing tool were introduced. This novel testing tool is a substitute for the complicated coordinate measuring machine, and it changes complicated and time-consuming sampling inspection into fast on-line detection. Furthermore, it unifies all the testing tools in separate cooperation factories, controls the position accuracy of exhausts accurately and improves the detection efficiency greatly.关键词
