Abstract
By using CAE software, the injection molding process of iron cover was designed, the simulation analysis of its filling time, injection pressure, air traps, weld lines and warpage deformation were carried out, and the design project of the injection mould was optimized according to the results. The problems of product defects during practical production are solved, which improves the product quality and shortens the product development cycle.关键词
