一株耐冷产甲烷菌的分离及其生长特性初步研究
Study on the isolation of a cold-resistant methanogen and its growth characteristics
摘要
Abstract
A strain of methanogen which grew well at a low temperature of 15 ℃ was obtained from anaerobic sludge in a UASB reactor by selecting, separating and purifying. The colony emitted blue fluorescent when observed by fluorescence microscope. Their colonies were regular globe when observed by high-powered scanning electron microscope. The methanogen's growth charac teristics were studied by an orthogonal experiment. The results showed that the influence of envi ronmental factors on the methanogen's growth was sorts of substrate >temperature>pH value con centration of Na+, and the preferable levels of these factors were sodium formate used as substrate, temperature of 5 ℃, pH 6.5, and 6.5 mol N+·L-1 accordingly.关键词
