摘要

Abstract

A high-precision and high performance automatic online I-U characteristics testing systems was described.The microcontroller DSPIC30F4011 was used as the core controller of system. High precision hall voltage and the current sensor was used to collect the voltage and current of the silicon photocells. Firstly the size of dutyfactor was set, through the switching time of IGBT driven by photocoupling coupling, the voltage and current of the silicon photocells were changed, and the collected I-U characteristics was illustrated and drawn.
