Abstract
The mis-trip cases have heppened many times since the HVDC projects were put in operation in China Southern Power Grid (CSG), so it is valuable to discuss the related issues of DC filter protection. Summarizing the typical mis-trip cases of DC filter protection since 2003, this paper analyzes the causes of the cases and the related improvements of the protection, and furthermore, pointing out that it is a key issue for the Nuozhadu and Xiluodu projects to solve the cooperation between DC filter protection and High Voltage Bus-bar Protection (87HV).关键词
