Abstract
The impact of grid-connected wind farms with doubly-fed induction generators(DFIG) on power system dynamic stability is systematically assessed. In the double-fed wind turbine modeling, the linearized status equations of the aerodynamic model, shaft system model and pitch control model of the wind turbine generator are established for analyzing dynamic stability. Then, the corresponding state matrix related to the dynamic stability analysis with grid-connected wind faims of the DFIG type is deduced. A comprehensive simulation on dynamic stability of Guangxi Power Grid with wind turbine access is conducted. The simulation result shows that through adjusting the location of wind farm access and variable speed wind turbine control model can effectively improve the system damping and enhance the dynamic stability of power system.关键词
