Establishment of Prime & Fundamental Balanced Scorecard-based Nursing Performance Assessment Model

Abstract
Objective To establish a scientific nursing performance assessment model based on Prime & Fundamental Balanced Scorecard (PFBSC). Methods Under the guidance of PFBSC, the indexes, assessment method and index weight of the model were established through clinical research, pre-experiment and Delphi method. Results A quality nursing performance assessment model consisting of two level-I indexes related to nursing service, nursing skill, 8 level-II indexes and 38 level-III indexes was established. Conclusion Under the guidance of PFBSC, taking the improvement of basic nursing as entry point, the nursing performance assessment model is beneficial to the comprehensive evaluation of nursing process and its results, which in turn provides evidence for effective performance assessment.关键词
