贴合住院患者生活护理需求的护理级别分类方法探讨
Two Nursing Grading Systems and Inpatients' Living Nursing Needs

Abstract
Objective To explore the nursing grading system which satisfies inpatients' living nursing needs and to provide a theoretical and practical base for nursing grade reform. Methods By cluster sampling, 502 inpatients from surgery and internal medicine departments were collected. The Barthel index was used to assess the inpatients ' activities of daily living (ADL) and identify their nursing grade by duty nurses. Doctors delivered routine nursing grades and a basic nursing questionnaire was adopted for obtaining information of patients' living nursing needs. Results There was positive correlation between medical order of nursing grade and nursing grade through ADL (rs=0.209, P<0.01). The analysis of variance with block design showed that all 24 items of living nursing needs had significant difference between two kinds of nursing grades. Conclusion Nursing grade through ADL can satisfy inpatients' living nursing needs.关键词
